Bedrooms and bathrooms
There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double box spring bed and TV. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single box spring beds. The bathroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with a bath, large walk-in shower with rain shower, and large sink. The toilet is separate. Nieuwlanderweg 77 has an additional sunshower.
Garden
The living room is directly connected to the terrace through sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. The garden faces west and is fully enclosed.
