Modern holiday home for 5 people in De Koog, at walking distance from beach and centre.

Living room and kitchen
The neat living room has a sitting area with TV and a dining area with a dining table for 6. From the dining area, you enter the open kitchen which is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave and various coffee machines.

Bedroom and bathroom
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, 2 of which have a TV. All bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds, 2 bedrooms have single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. The neat bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

Garden
In the front garden and backyard you can both relax. The backyard is fully fenced and is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a shed where you can put your bicycles.

General
There is private parking for 1 car. It is possible to park more cars on the road. There is a charging station available to charge your car. Free wifi. Smoking is not allowed. High chair and cot are provided as standard. Extra children’s furniture is available on request for a fee. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.

Things to know about your stay at Brink 24 De Bosruiter

Parking

You park you car on the paved car park near your bungalow.

Do not park in the garden or on the verge.

Rubbish

Next to your house is a grey container where you can dispose of your rubbish.

Please tear boxes into pieces.

In the centre of the village, there are glass bins in several places.

Please note!:

To avoid disturbances in the sewage system, please dispose of wet
wipes, bandages, nappies, food waste, etc. in the waste container and
not flush it down the toilet.

Parasols and outdoor furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly ask you to put away the garden furniture safely and fold down the parasols and sunscreens.

Dogs

Please walk your dog outside the premises. In the unlikely event of droppings ending up on the premises, please clean up and dispose of them in the container.

What to do before leaving

On the day of departure (no later than 10am), please leave the key back in the key safe. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • If necessary, put hired linen and/or towels in one of the pillow cases and
    and leave it by the front door. Leave moles and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows.

This also applies if you had beds made on arrival.

  • Clean the fireplace (if present) with a dustpan and brush,
    not with a hoover.
  • Dispose of household waste in the containers provided.
