Living room
The living room has a sitting area with smart TV. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as fridge and freezer, combination oven and dishwasher and various coffee machines. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Bedrooms and bathroom
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, one bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds and finally there is one bedroom with a single box-spring bed. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and vanity unit. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Garden
The front garden is equipped with a canopy and a lounge set. The fully enclosed rear garden is also equipped with garden furniture. The terrace faces south-east. In the shed you can lock your bicycles safely.
General
Washing machine, tumble dryer and children’s furniture are available. Free Wifi. This accommodation is non-smoking and 2 pets are allowed (surcharge). Private parking for 1 car. The parking space is shared with the small holiday home (Achter de Zandduyn – Ruijslaan 13c).
